For the White Screen Issue:
• Uninstall the game:
• On Windows: Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Find the game in the list, right-click on it, and select “Uninstall”.
• Delete leftover files related to the game manually:
• On Windows: Navigate to C:\Program Files\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\ and remove any remaining game files.
• Restart your computer to ensure any remaining game processes are terminated.
• Reinstall the game client using this link: https://muonline.webzen.com/en/download/game-download
